yeahhhhhhh i finally finished my clow circle design yesterday. i think

If you’re using PC get graphics gale, if you’re using Mac get aseprite. Copy and edit art from commercial games, then use what you learn to make your own art. If you want more in-depth advice, there’s lots of tutorials here: http://pixeljoint.com/pixels/tutorials.asp
